I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with a master’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work (and a bachelor’s degree in international relations – which I believe is related to psychology and adds to my cultural competency and perspective). I work with adults of all ages on a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, family conflict, coping, adjustment, life transitions, and quarter- and mid-life crises.
I believe in a holistic view and incorporate several approaches in my work based on your individual goals and needs.
I work with clients in a non-judgmental way with compassion, respect, and empathy for what they have experienced in the past and are facing in the present to help them shape their future.
I bring over 30 years of clinical, research, policy, business, and real-life experience to my practice and look forward to working with you.
